By using the Online Bill Pay feature on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please contact our office before submitting payment.

2. Payment Authorization

 

By submitting payment, you:

• Authorize Moskowitz Dermatology to charge the payment method provided.

• Confirm you are an authorized user of that payment method.

• Confirm the amount entered is accurate.

• Authorize payment on behalf of the patient identified.

Payments submitted through this portal are voluntary and for outstanding balances or deposits owed to the practice.

3. Financial Responsibility

 

Submission of payment through this portal does not alter your financial responsibility for services rendered.

Patients and/or responsible parties remain responsible for:

• Co-pays, deductibles, and coinsurance

• Non-covered services

• Cosmetic procedures

• Deposits and cancellation fees

• Balances not paid by insurance

Insurance coverage is not a guarantee of payment.

4. Cosmetic Services & Deposits

 

For elective or cosmetic dermatology services (including injectables, laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures):

• Deposits may be required.

• Cancellation policies may apply.

• Certain deposits may be non-refundable pursuant to practice policy.

Payment through this portal does not confirm or schedule appointments.

5. Payment Processing & Security

 

Online payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor.

• Moskowitz Dermatology does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

• Transactions are encrypted using industry-standard safeguards.

• Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Application of Payments

 

Payments will be applied to the account identified at the time of submission.

If insufficient information is provided, payments may be applied to the oldest outstanding balance or processing may be delayed pending verification.

7. Refund Policy

 

Overpayments or duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method whenever possible.

Refunds may require verification and may take several business days to process.

Insurance-related overpayments will be handled in accordance with payer regulations and applicable law.

8. Declined or Returned Payments

 

If a payment is declined, reversed, or returned:

• The balance remains due.

• Additional fees may apply where permitted by law.

9. Errors & Disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred:

Chargebacks initiated without contacting the practice may delay resolution of your account.

• Internet interruptions

• Incorrect payment information entered by the user

• Delays caused by financial institutions or third-party processors
